Cerner associates across India, which at the time were around 2500+ in number.

Objective

Re design and improve the overall experience for Rewards and Recognition that should now be accessed from any device. A quick survey revealed that majority of associates used Android 4.0+ with minorities in iOS 9.0 and Windows Mobile.

Understanding task flow gave more insights into what user workflow would be and the most accessed pages were.
While designing, the approach was to start mobile first and then to desktop.

Designed appreciation cards that can be selected by the user and add a personalised message which will then be sent to the team member keeping the manager in loop.

For access from personal mobile device, the website was built within a wrapper which enabled it to be downloaded and be accessed like a regular mobile application once connected through VPN. conversation in which they can place the patient's next treatment.
